Store Policies

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will replace your merchandise, credit your account, or issue a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so up until the time it is shipped. We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped.

Ship Dates

Subject to inventory availability, most orders will ship no later than the next business day. We will strive for same-day shipping for orders cleared for payment by 11:00 a.m., Central Daylight Time.

If an item is temporarily on back order, we will contact you before making a partial shipment.

Payment Options

The Tulsarama! Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, and PayPal. Your card will be charged at the time your order is shipped.

Transaction Currency

All transactions will be billed in United States Dollars.

Shipping in the United States

The Tulsarama! Store ships products via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. UPS 2nd Day air and Overnight service is available at additional cost. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a street address is unavailable, items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes by First Class/Priority Mail at the same shipping/handling charge. Shipments are not insured and the Tulsarama! Store cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced orders.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order, your shipping zip code, and the service you request. The invoice you see upon checking out will show your shipping charges.

UPS Ground delivery times are 3 or 4 days to the Eastern Time Zone, 4 days to the Pacific Time Zone, excluding Northern California and rural parts of Nevada (5 days), 2 or 3 days to the Central and Mountain Time Zones, and 1 day to states bordering Oklahoma.

International Shipping

We are unable to ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea.

We will ship to any other nation not listed above. All international orders are shipped via United Postal Service International. Postage and handling rates for International Orders will be calculated based upon the weight of the product(s). Duties, taxes and customs fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Will Call

Customers in the Tulsa, OK area may choose to pick up your merchandise at our warehouse. Select "Will Call" as your shipping method. You will receive an automatic order confirmation via email, and we will follow up with a second email that includes directions to our warehouse. This email will be sent once your order has been filled and is ready for pickup. Will Call orders may be picked up during normal business hours.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on all items delivered anywhere in the State of Oklahoma.
